Mission Statement
The business purposes of Dunn Muzic, LLC. are (i) to
create,develop,market, promote, distribute, explore, manage, record,
and perform music; (ii) to develop, manage, and represent musical
talent; And (iii) to conduct any and all other businesses, purposes or
activities permitted by law to pursue such other opportunities as may
be appropriate for the Company;And to have and exercise all powers
which are necessary or desirable to carry out the forgoing.
Founded in 2007 by artist Jeremy Whelden, who has seen
firsthand the trials an up and coming musician can face and
businessman Willy Planinshek who was inspired by Jeremy's drive
and determination, Dunn Muzic aims to break new and unsigned
music talent in the New England area. Through creative and
innovative marketing and business practices and a large network of
contacts in the entertainment industry, artists on the Dunn roster will
reach fans and audiences that were previously inaccessible, allowing
their music and products to be truly heard and seen as they should
be.
